"Ninguém é Feliz Sozinho"(Nobody is happy alone) Pedro Borges s second album, seems to echo a philosophical dilemma.
The answer is, if you listen to it, you could feel less lonely, and it might just offer you its own share of happiness.
Influenced by Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso and Noel Rosa, he did not forget youth rock heroes such as Pink Floyd an Neil Young. The result of his work is a subtle mixture of smooth poetry with soft rock energy .His songs are infused with samba, Latino, Jazz, pop and smooth music with a touch of "FM" sound, which should be heard a little more in the air. Pedro Borges s vocals whisper in your ear, inviting you to linger in the chasms of accompanied solitude. This poetry is of meta-physical nature. With rustled sounds, torment, murmuring and far away cries, the finesse of meaning and perfectly harmonious sonority form an elaborate presence which is particularly enjoyable.
