Bio
Jakorin Graves aka Peezay is from Missouri city Texas. Peezay graduated from Willowride high school in 2011 and received an athletic scholarship for football. He has four siblings, three brothers and one sister. He was primarily raised by this mother and grandmother, because his father was deported back to Jamaica when he was 2. He now has two sons of his own, Kenyon and JC. He started rapping at the age of 13 in a group called "SYG". His inspiration for rapping came from his step father Big Steve of "Woss Ness" in the 90's. His favorite type of music to create is club/party music. Peezay has opened for artists such as Warren G, Rae Sremmurd, Mac Mall, Rappin 4Tay, Sage the Gemini, Destro N Slow Burner, and San Quinn. He joined Ymx Ent in Feb of 2015 after being introduced to owner and founder. At Rappin 4Tay’s Beverly Hills Mansion party the owner of YMX saw Peezay’s talent and proceeded to get him in the studio. He’s done work with Mistah Fab, Free Jack, Harry O Vandizzle and many more. He has an upcoming project is called "Who I Am". He chose this title because, “I really want to show the world “Who I Am” through my music. I believe my music is a direct reflection of me so it was perfect.” He is very versatile and can write to almost any genre of hiphop/rap/r&b. His goal as an artist is to make a difference and bring back that good feel of music.
