The Pennyroyals
(TPR), with the present lineup solidified in 2006, are described as raw yet refined, explosive but melodic, dark and vitally decadent. The New Jersey/New York quartet delivers powerful choruses that include big rock hooks, searing guitars, and strong vocal harmonies over a solid rhythm section.
