"Particular Ska"

The sound of the septet Pequena Morte (BH), can be defined as ska, but it dispenses suspenders, checkered pattern and other cliches. The band already has their own aesthetic in debut album. At the chorus "Bararuê bararujoin" in the particular dialect Raul sings, it is understood that, in instead of making a scene or a speech, he wants to dance with no worries. "Why this much confusion?" he asks in" Xamorrê. " In times of "you're the sum of those you copy", to have few comparisons possibly counts on their favor. There are some remains of samba, bossa, ballad and marijuana.
When they relax and slow down ("C.V." "Musica pro Paulo") they reveal well cared arrangements, bringing the dance kicks form their concerts to the confort of a headset. - Billboard Brasil 21 - pg 89
