BandHip Hop

Nothing you ever heard before. Every word in every verse rhyming perfectly, something no other MC ever even approached. The future of Rap music. What Hip-Hop really is.

Biography

Raised in Freeport, Long Island during the 1980s & 90s, Perfected grew up with Hip-Hop culture as it grew at the same time. With the language, situations & emotions of the streets surrounding him, rap music spoke to him like nothing else would. Developing a passion for the art form of MCing, his lifelong addiction to rhyming became serious in high school when he realized the vast majority of rap on radio and in record stores was not up to the standard he set for himself. Taking the name Perfected for the level his lyrical flow reached, he made it his life goal to show the world how powerful pure rap at its best can be, but promised himself to secure an education first. Surviving the increasing violence in his neighborhood and the lower class public school system, he left to attend the University of Virginia on full academic scholarship. There he was put on to the college Hip-Hop scene, headlining shows, recording with producers in various regions of the country, & getting spins on radio. Returning home during breaks, Perfected performed at shows & open-mic nights all over the NYC area, including the famous Nuyoricans Poets Cafe'. He's also been on the bill at Boston's legendary Middle East club. After earning his degree, the groundbreaking MC returned to New York to accomplish his ultimate goal. Recently moving to nearby NJ, Perfected is now fully focused on getting his debut solo album, an unprecedented collection of next-level lyrics which will raise the standard of rap music for the coming decade, in the hands of the millions who share his love of Hip-Hop. With the world starting to recognize his unlimited abilities, Perfected is on his way to supplying the masses who are starving for authentic, unique, truly skilled & moving Hip-Hop music.
