"Perkins@ NXNE 2006"

-Perkins deliver a technically proficient dose of dark, hard rock that's reminiscent of early Silverchair and a louder Three Days Grace.
-Perkins have a good thing going, with a stage show that's pretty impressive and a handle on their hard rock sound.
- This four-piece had a very professional setup, with a multitasking keyboardist wielding an endless amount of sounds from his laptop and rocking out with a sweet guitar. He was also responsible for creating a masterful stage show with a handheld spotlight and a fancy mic that lit up.
-Perkins were pretty tight in delivering their hard rock, with a well-organzied set and stage show to boot. The vocalist’s raspy voice really suits the band’s overall sound.
-They have a good mix going on with their look, rocking everything from blazers and thick-rimmed glasses to ripped jeans and graphic tee’s.

Grade:82 - Jen White/ Chart Attack
