Pert McFly

Once the guy who recorded songs just for comedy, Pert McFly has been perfecting his rapping and engineering skills for 10 years and is now on his way to changing the sound and face of hip hop. In winter 2009, Pert McFly emerged onto the DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia) music scene as a solo artist, and has been rocking crowd’s non-stop. After releasing his highly anticipated first mixtape “McFly or Die” in February 2011, Pert has been on a nonstop rise to the top.

Pert McFly has appeared on BET’s 106 & Park, walked in the “Bold and Bizaree’ Annual Fashion Show at the University of Maryland and was handpicked by radio personality EZ Street (WKYS 93.9) to have his music highlighted during the 2010 BET Award Press Junket. In January 2012, Pert McFly branched off from the DMV scene and performed at the Brooklyn Wildlife Presents 12 Days of Art in Brooklyn, NYC; making 2012 his year to expand outside his comfort zone. With every "16 bars” and every show stopping performance he gives, PertMcFly is rapidly gaining the respect of his musical peers.
