Passionate, edgy alternative indie. McAllen takes influences from the likes of The Kooks, Supergrass and Athlete. Playing solo or with his band the live performance has huge energy.


Following on from the success of Pete McAllen’s second EP The Optical Illusion, his latest offering Cosmic Politics is the first single from his planed forthcoming album.
Since the release of The Optical Illusion (2008) McAllen has been touring relentlessly having now performed well over 200 gigs including performances in Kenya, tours in Poland and appearing at a number of UK festivals including Rhythms Of The World Festival and LGC Festival.
Pete’s music has received airplay on numerous stations including BBC 6 Music, Premier Radio and many UK regional shows.

Pete McAllen appears on stage both solo and with his band.
