Peter Conaty

Singer, Song-writer, producer and multi-instumentalist. 

Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, Peter has spent most of his adult years in Glasgow where he honed his skills as a singer/song-writer. This included playing gigs and open mic nights throughout the country as well as writing for and fronting 2 bands; Pictures and Record Player (www.facebook.com/recordplayerband). Peter has played throughout the UK, often travelling to London to write, record and perform. He has opened for a number of major acts in the UK including Emeli Sande and performed at such venues as the Bush Hall. 

In late 2013, after too many summers without any sunshine Peter decided to make the move to Australia. First stopping in Perth where he spent six blissful months recording and performing allowing him to master his unique sound. Now based in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, Peter has been inspired by the laid back Aussie lifestyle and is writing his best material yet!

Peter takes pleasure in playing for all types of crowds and although cover songs are in his repertoire, being able to play his own music is what really excites him.
