Petree

This is the first full length release by Petree, which has developed a unique style of Indie/Rock music that incorporates many aspects of modern music which differentiates them from all other Indie/Rock phenomenon’s. PETREE’S album "Weakness Makes You Beautiful" was released May 18th, 2010 on Dream Records/Universal Music Group. The album’s first single hit the airwaves in May. Cameo appearances include Shiny Toy Gun members Sisely Treasure, and Petree brother, Chad. ”Weakness Makes You Beautiful" is already making waves ; MTV’s “The Hills” featured the cut “She Set It” iand two more songs from the album are being scheduled for “The City.” PETREE has also just completed shooting music videos to “Memory Lane,” and 'Weakness Makes You Beautiful" which was featured, along with “She Set It,” on Fox’s Good Day LA. The lead singer, Stephen Petree, is a former member of Shiny Toy Guns and is a Grammy nominated songwriter. His songs have been featured on “Dancing With The Stars,” “America’s Next Top Model,” “Rachael Ray,” “One Tree Hill,” “The Real World,” and national commercials for Honda & Motorola. PETREE continues to tour the U.S. promoting "Weakness Makes You Beautiful"
