Pfunkt: The one-man band with a plan... to make you explode with pelvic fury! With the microphone rage of a 19th century sailor and the vernacular of a pretentious poet, Pfunkt shatters the dancefloor. Relentless vocal energy. Razor-sharp synth hooks. More infectious than a rabid chihuahua. All this makes for an assaulting live show -- leaping out the decks and into your face, Pfunkt is a man of the stage.
Pfunkt not only blends genres of punk, pop, hip hop, electro, and house, but blends the audiences too. Pfunkt has shared the stage with electropop icons Freezepop, underground hip-hop titans Hangar 18, and the glam indie rock sensation Gil Mantera's Party Dream. His collaborations with Hangar 18, emo stars Punchline, and Eurodance sensation Moonbootica give him street cred with the hip hop heads, emo kids, and German club fiends.
Ever since his 12" vinyl single release of "Confidance" on Moonbootique Records, Pfunkt's music has been blasting in clubs all throughout Europe. Only time will tell before Pfunkt becomes the biggest American-to-German-imported sensation since David Hasselhoff.
