Pastor Joseph Graham Jr. is the founder and CEO of Road to Damascus Ministry, Inc. Following a life altering incident that took place in high school, Pastor Graham walked away from the church and persecuted the church for 11 years. After having a “road to Damascus” experience in March of 1999, he rededicated his life back to the Lord Jesus Christ.

A native of Essex County New Jersey, Pastor Joseph Graham has been in ministry for many years. He along with his wife, Javelin Graham, also pastor Road to Damascus Christian Church in Charlotte, NC.

Pastor Graham is a graduate of Kingdom University School of Ministry under Dr. Cindy Trimm. He is also a Campus Minister at the University of North Carolina Charlotte where he has been ministering the word of God since 2001.

With many credits to his name, Pastor Graham is an accomplished man of God. In 2004, he published, "Who's Gonna Save Me? It's Time To Tell Your Secrets". This extraordinary book is an impassioned play which premiered at Newark Symphony Hall in Newark, New Jersey in December of 2005. As an artist, playwright, and lyrics Pastor Graham has also released the prelude to his upcoming album The PG Project: Kingdom Business.

Road to Damascus Ministry (RTDM) is a creative outreach that is designed to use various art forms to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. The purpose of this ministry is to use a variety of gifts as instruments to bring healing, hope, inspiration and salvation. RTDM has different organizations that are branches of the ministry. The branches are a reflection of Pastor Graham’s wide range of talents and gifts. At the forefront of this ministry is his passionate life changing message about going from tragedy to triumph in order to fulfill the will of God for your life. He travels and speaks at services, conferences and events of all kinds bringing transformation and restoration to people of all ages.

Pastor Joseph Graham, also known as PG when he is on the mic, is an accomplished and sought after rapper and songwriter. Known for his lyrics which surgically correct brokenness, reverses generational curses and instills hope in the hearts of younger and older generations. A songwriter and performer, PG has experienced success in his writing of the music for his play, ”Who’s Gonna Save Me? It’s Time To Tell Your Secrets.” Also PG was one of the artist featured who opened for the gospel sensational duo Mary Mary and multi-platinum recording artist Kirk Franklin in his “HERO” tour in Charlotte, North Carolina. His Gospel Hip Hop debut will be the release of “The PG Project: Kingdom Business” in 2007. The cd will bless all who have a heart for real music, with a real message, for real people.
