“FOR RENT” Tha Landlordz from Cleveland, Ohio; one of the city’s most innovative hip hop duos to hit
the new Midwest scene. With catchy punch lines and fluent syllable manipulation, partners in rhyme
Phaze Anon and Arson Da Villain represent hip hop in a way that has not been seen in recent years.
Possessing a wile out attitude and a flare for comical antics, the duo set themselves apart from the
norm ironically by representing the normal people.

Influenced by a wide variety of artists including Redman, Devin Tha Dude, Common, Dr. Dre, and Jay-Z;
Tha Landlordz showcase a broad perspective of musical content. By not only creating their own lyrics
but by producing their own tracks as well, the self proclaimed “FOR RENT” click control their own
respective niche as a whole in the current over populated rap market. Lacing beats with their unique
flow since the late 90’s, Tha Landlordz have worked with numerous local artists and groups along the
way such as Chief Rocka Entertainment, Neva Out Done Entertainment, Dj. Jack Tha Ripper and Lil Chico.
Some of the local areas in which Tha Landlordz have performed in the past include the Rock and Roll
Hall of Fame, the Metropolis night club, the Hi-Fi, the B-Side, the Cotton Club, the Buckeye Festival,
and Myers University.
