Phearus

Phearus was formed in 2002 when Rob contacted Brett to round out what would become what the band has become today. A solid experienced line up with great material that is both contemporary and timeless. In 2004, a lucky chance meeting with producer John Schroeder(Ted Nugent, Molly Hatchet, Kenny Loggins) resulted with the recording of their first CD “A Typical Day” that sold its first pressing and put the 2006 Grammy Considered “Fight or Flight” for Best Rock Song and “Lush” both at number one for five weeks or more on local radio charts.

Phearus has played in numerous Midwest markets such as Nashville, Columbus, Atlanta, Cincinnati and Memphis opening for several national touring acts that include Trapt, Everclear, Sponge, Overkill, Krokus, Warrant, Suicidal Tendencies, Smile Empty Soul just to name a few.
After a couple of years on hiatus while working on other projects, Phearus is back with a vengeance and has returned to the studio to record their follow up CD that will prove to be nothing short of brilliant.
With a southern blues metal sound that lives in the same neighborhood as C.O.C, BLS, and Hellyeah, they focus on heavy captivating guitar riffs with powerful vocals. Doing what a lot of bands forget about, they put their concentration on writing remarkable songs that leave you with an appetite for wanting more. No one leaves a Phearus show in discontent.
