Discography

Our first single, "Don't Let Go", was released online at Soundclick.com on November 1. This song has held a top 10 position in the Soundclick.com Pop/Rock charts for about a month and a half, and is currently at #2. It gets 30-80 plays per day.

We followed up with a pop duet entitled "Hangin' On To A Dream", in late November; these two will be available on a CD single in early January.

Our forthcoming EP, "Thirteen Days," will be available in early February.

Bio

Our duo was born out of a collaborative effort on the song, "Don't Let Go". Singer-songwriter Jordana Kocher of Portland, Oregon wrote the lyrics thirteen days before the due date for a songwriting contest and decided to enter -- but she wanted to find a guitarist to help with the project. She posted her request on the StumbleUpon.com Musicians forum. Blues and rock guitarist Ian Woods of Adelaide, Australia graciously rose to the occasion and offered to help.

Jordana and Ian communicated solely through email and mp3 files, sometimes going without sleep to ready the song by the deadline.

Despite being separated by the world's largest ocean, we quickly noticed how easy it was to work together and meld our artistic visions, and that our strengths complemented one another perfectly. By the time the project was complete, we both realized that we wanted to continue working together.

Jordana has a wide range of influences, ranging from the Beatles and Bob Dylan to modern singer-songwriters such as Sarah McLachlan, Jann Arden, Jewel, Sheryl Crow, and Alanis Morisette. Other influences include alternative rock bands like Evanescence.

Ian's primary influence is Stevie Ray Vaughan; others include BB King, Buddy Guy, Jeff Healey, Gary Moore, Eric Clapton, Albert King, Billy Gibbons, Kenny Wayne Sheperd, and Robert Johnson.
