Bio of
Prophet Philip Wallace

Prophet Philip C. Wallace was born in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 18, 1956. He grew up in a section of the city called North Philly.

At the age of eight, he received his calling and joined the Mary D. Lucas Prayer Ministry. In 1978 he answered the call and received ninety eight percent of his formal training in ministry under the tutelage and watchful eye of the late Minister Mary D. Lucas and Prophet Eugene Bradshaw Jr. Prophet Wallace has been walking in the office of a Prophet since February 5, 1980.

Prophet Wallace started his music ministry in the spring of 1983. He began to learn to play the bass guitar and wrote songs the Lord put in his heart while walking the mission field. In the summer of that same year Prophet Wallace had his first opportunity to play with Friendly Baptist Church choir. Later that year he had the privilege to play bass for the gospel group One Accord. At that time, he also met singer, songwriter and guitar player Evangelist Tyrone Reeves the first who is now a Pastor. He also met songwriter Prophet Benjamin Scott Jr.

Pastor Reeves and Prophet Scott both helped Prophet Wallace with the structure and arrangement of these songs and they recorded the ideas as a demo. Prophet Wallace under the instructions of Minister Mary Lucas kept his focus on his office in ministry with prayer, Bible study and fasting, and over the years put down and picked up playing the bass and writing songs, while remaining faithful to the work of the Lord.

In 1995 after Minister Lucas went home to be with the Lord, remaining faithful to the work of the Lord, Prophet Wallace started the outreach phase of his ministry (Highest Power Ministries) by preaching on the street corners of Philadelphia.

On April 7, 1996 Prophet Wallace married Evangelist Joyce A. Rose, the very woman that GOD showed him in a vision many years before. Later that year Prophet Wallace started services in his home on Saturday mornings which became the house of worship for Highest Power Church and Ministries.

Joyce Wallace

Joyce A. (Rose) Wallace was born and raised in the city of Philadelphia, PA. She began the journey of a born again woman of God on March 25, 1986. The Holy Spirit of the living God touched and now Evangelist Joyce Wallace has not been the same, always finding praise for God in every circumstance, the good & bad. Thank you, Jesus! As a member of the Grace Community Baptist Church from 1986 to 1988, Joyce served as Youth Coordinator, Young Adult Choir Director & Sunday School Teacher.

Evangelist Joyce A. Wallace attended the Manna Bible Institute for two years, getting strengthened in the knowledge of the Lord. While Joyce was receptive to the voice of God, she continued to desire a deeper commitment to the Lord. Through Joyce’s journey with the Lord she was involved in many outreach ministries, preaching & teaching the Word of God, passing out tracts, prayer & deliverance& operating in the gifts of helps. After many years of assisting others in ministry, she began to work with her husband Prophet Philip C. Wallace with Highest Power Church & Ministries. This is Joyce’s favorite ministry, to deliver the Word by way of (street evangelism) right in the streets of Philadelphia or wherever the Lord may lead. Once the journey lead to Nigeria to teach and preach the Word of God. Lord, have your way!!!

Evangelist Wallace once prayed that the Lord would anoint her voice so that she could sing to glorify Him. Every since then she has enjoyed praising and worshiping God with all her heart, mind, soul and strength, to please the Lord and fulfill her purposeful existence in the Lord. This first CD project (Ride on God’s Wings) is unique, anointed plainly expressive with a serious message, hoping to encourage, strengthen and edify the hearer to remain steadfast in the Lord.
