Bio of
Prophet Philip Wallace

Prophet Philip C. Wallace was born in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 18, 1956. He grew up in a section of the city called North Philly.

At the age of eight, he received his calling and joined the Mary D. Lucas Prayer Ministry. In 1978 he answered the call and received ninety eight percent of his formal training in ministry under the tutelage and watchful eye of the late Minister Mary D. Lucas and Prophet Eugene Bradshaw Jr. Prophet Wallace has been walking in the office of a Prophet since February 5, 1980.

Prophet Wallace started his music ministry in the spring of 1983. He began to learn to play the bass guitar and wrote songs the Lord put in his heart while walking the mission field. In the summer of that same year Prophet Wallace had his first opportunity to play with Friendly Baptist Church choir. Later that year he had the privilege to play bass for the gospel group One Accord. At that time, he also met singer, songwriter and guitar player Evangelist Tyrone Reeves the first who is now a Pastor. He also met songwriter Prophet Benjamin Scott Jr.

Pastor Reeves and Prophet Scott both helped Prophet Wallace with the structure and arrangement of these songs and they recorded the ideas as a demo. Prophet Wallace under the instructions of Minister Mary Lucas kept his focus on his office in ministry with prayer, Bible study and fasting, and over the years put down and picked up playing the bass and writing songs, while remaining faithful to the work of the Lord.

In 1995 after Minister Lucas went home to be with the Lord, remaining faithful to the work of the Lord, Prophet Wallace started the outreach phase of his ministry (Highest Power Ministries) by preaching on the street corners of Philadelphia.

On April 7, 1996 Prophet Wallace married Evangelist Joyce A. Rose, the very woman that GOD showed him in a vision many years before. Later that year Prophet Wallace started services in his home on Saturday mornings which became the house of worship for Highest Power Church and Ministries.
