Bio
Started in 2009 by Josh Harper and Hunter Stephens, Philibuster first "name" was "The Falling Tones". Later, after Eaton, Mann, and Wise joined, they changed their name to Philibuster after hearing the term "filibuster" in Government class. Harper, usually the writer for Philibuster, has been writing for years before the band formed; two or three Phil songs are actually years old. Philibuster adds a unique sound by having Kevin Mann, a saxophonist, in the band; Mann add a great lead presents during live shows. Philibuster always has a great time on stage and always loves to play.
