Philly Swain was born in Southwest Philadelphia In September of 1982.Philly grew up admiring artist such as Patti Labelle< Will Smith, ANd Bill Cosby. Since a child philly was outgoing with a personality everyone loved. A born entertainer, if the feeling in the room is dead he's guaranted to bring it back to life. Philly was known for winning and being undefeated during high school competitions at the local YMCA"S were schools across the city attended.
