Phil Mooney

Phil has been a guitarist/singer/songwriter from Detroit, Michigan for over 20 years. Phil earned a Bachelor Degree in Classical Guitar Performance from Wayne State University in 1997. Since then, he has performed and recorded throughout the Detroit area. Phil's ventures in music include: performing guitar in pit orchestras for the Theatre productions of "Rent", "Back to The 80's", "Big River" and "13 The Musical"; Performing regular shows with Classic 50's-80's cover bands; Performing and writing for the hard Rock Band "Downriver Zero" and and the Pop/Country sensation "Lynnae Winnie".

Phil's diversity has added many flavors to his songwriting which recently led to the start of his own label, publishing and production company "Tessitura Music". Through this label, Phil plans to maintain musical freedom and creativity showing the world just how magical and passionate music can become.
