Bio
Phyllis Chang is a Korean American singer/songwriter of contemporary pop/jazz music. She began her musical career in Los Angeles as a self-taught musician playing guitar and writing songs in high school.
In 1994 Phyllis started her own music production company/music label (Pinky Paws Productions) and has recorded several CDs. In 2006 she started "Be Studios" to encourages others to explore music and art to enhance creativity, self-expression, happiness and wellness.
Phyllis has performed throughout Southern & Northern California, Seattle, Hawaii, Las Vegas, New Mexico & New York. She has also had airplay in Los Angeles, Illinois, New York, Portual & Toronto, Canada. Phyllis is currently working on travels to Asia to perform her music.
Phyllis currently performs as a duo, trio and quartet and teaches singing privately to children and adults. She also continues performing at various venues and events.
