Though this drastic shift to cold weather and snow can be downright depressing, at least we have sunny tunes to distract our minds with relaxing waves and warm breezes.
Enter Philly indie-pop four piece, Pilkington‘s song, “Soft Flesh.” Blending video game sound bites with breezy guitar riffs, Pilkington’s catchy pop jam removes listeners from the cold and transports them to the beach for a carefree party in the sun.

Bio
Pilkington is a rock and roll band from Philly. The quartet, comprised of ex-members of the Philly indie rock band Panic Years and fronted by the peerless Becca Todd, started playing shows all over the city in 2015; including a number of high profile dates with bands Hey Marseilles, Bad Bad Hats, and Golden Bloom.
The band's first single, All Around the Neighborhood, was freshly released in January 2017 to rave reviews. The band is set to release a new batch of singles in the coming months and will be touring aggressively in support of them.
