Pillars Of Dub

We are Pillars Of Dub. A Brighton based, Roots Reggae Dub producer duo of father and son, we craft pure and heavyweight dub music with real instruments and digital effects, under the influence of the 70s masters.

Our live show can be anything from 45 minutes to an hour.
30 minutes will be live desk-dubbed originals from our Debut, and the remainder of our set will comprise of live remixes of Roots Reggae & Dub classics, and hidden treasures. All with live Lead Guitar, Saxophone and Percussion on top, also subjected to dub trickery.
Where appropriate we will bring our specially commissioned video projection to enhance the show.

- We began our first experiments in January 2012.

- The Pillars Of Dub Debut Album was honoured with a launch party where we played alongside Bristol's Laid Blak, to a sold out and rammed Blind Tiger Club in Brighton, on October 11th 2012.

- Our track 'Journeys Of Uncle Dub' reached Number 1 on the Joe Strummer Foundation For New Music: Strummerville Top 20 Downloads Chart on
September the 3rd 2012, where it is now permanently lodged.

- Having just released our debut album worldwide in October 2012 on iTunes, Spotify, AmazonMp3, and eMusic with G-Sharp Creative Records, we're perfecting our live-dub set, and looking for slots to perform live in the new year.

- We're currently working on producing our second album with a full live band, which will be taking to the stage in late 2013. So keep your dub sensors tuned!
