Bio
Saskatchewan based rapper, Pimpton combines old-school hip-hop influences, with experimental production, and thought-provoking lyrical flow to create a distinctive brand of hip-hop. Pimpton's high quality of music videos have been in rotation on both MuchMusic and MTV. He has independently sold over 15,000 copies of his 5 studio albums. His live performance is best described as pure energy, by the third song the whole audience will be sweating. Pimpton has performed over 500 shows across North America including major festivals such as SXSW, JunoFEST, Cannabis Cup and Canadian Music Week. He has also shared the stage with internationally recognized acts like Wu Tang Clan, Young Jeezy, Madchild, Andre Nickatina, Bone Thugz N Harmony, YG and Swollen Members. Pimpton released his 5th album in 2018, featuring current hiphop stars Fetty Wap, Tory Lanez, and Rich the Kid. In September of 2019, Pimpton will be the direct support act for Dizzy Wright & Madchild on a 25 date cross-Canada tour run.
Pimpton is here to kill the rap game and force the hiphop world to redefine what greatness is.
