Formed in Brisbane Jan 2010, Pin That Puppy have made a steady climb locally starting at the bottom and working their way up to larger venues and festivals playing their style of Pop-Punk-Rock. The rise has been sudden and the band owns the inroads and advances they've made.
As far as other bands and influences we site life in general, Drug Addiction, Sex, Romance, Environmental and Social Issues, and bands such as The Used, Blink 182, ACDC, The Strokes, Nirvana, The Presets, The Misfits, The Clash. We don't really get into or care what others are up, we do our own thing, whatever we want and how we want it, there's no competition, If something doesn't suit us we just don't do it.
This no compromise attitude can be found in our music and performance, through 2010 we played more than 25 shows, some our more notable shows included Equinox Rocks Festival and Sea Shepherd Fundraiser with Captain Paul Watson on the Brisbane River.
During Dec/Jan we are finishing up production on our debut EP entitled "Doggy Style" which will be available for download only.
