"Pipeline Gives Attention Grabbing Performance"

Pipeline took the stage as the opener for a show headlined by Saliva at 8pm and rocked through a tight nine-song 35 minute set.
The highlight of the evening was the band's final two tunes "Wash It Away" and "Surgery". The layered guitar work highlighted the band's musicianship while Mr. Shprit's anthem-like lyrics("lights out, turn up your radio, you want a piece of me I want a piece of you too") had the crowd singing along and bobbing their heads.
Many rock fans lament that there are far too many identical boring rock bands being pumped out by the record industry. Pipeline showed that there is hope for the future as they have a bandwagon worth hitching up to. The band's T-shirts said it best:"Pipeline Rocks" - The Enterprise -Cape Cod, MA Sept 2, 2003

Bio

IT ALL STARTED WHEN SINGER SONG WRITER GINO SHPIRT LOCKED HIMSELF IN THE BOILER ROOM OF SIGMA PHI EPSILON ON THE CAMPUS OF UMASS IN AMHERST FOR DAYS ON END WRITING AND ARRANGING SONGS. WHEN HE EMERGED UNSHAVED AND UNBATHED HE HAD A COLLECTION OF NEW HOT SONGS. IMMEDIATELY HE HEADED SOUTH ON I 91 TO HORIZON STUDIOS IN WEST HAVEN, CONN.
ENTER PRODUCER VIC “THE MAGICIAN” STEFFENS WHO SUGGESTED MATCHING GINO WITH DRUMMER MIKE GIAMMATEI, GUITARISTS DAVE HARMON & RICK POHRONEZNY, AND BASSIST BRUCE HANOCK.
FROM THE FIST NOTE IT WAS MAGIC AND PIPELINE WAS BORN. THE BOYS LOCKED INTO A SOUND THAT HAS BEEN DESCRIBED AS GENERATION ROCK AS THE SONGS APPEAL NOT ONLY TO TEENS BUT ADULTS AS WELL. THE BANDS LIVE SHOW IS AN EXPLOSIVE NON STOP ROCK & ROLL RIDE.
