Platinum Angels

Platinum Angels have been together for two years and primarily target the young market of teens and tweens, but also have major global potential with their “California-Girl” image.

They see themselves as the girl version of N-SYNC
with spice girls marketability. Each girl has a unique style and image.

Platinum Angels have implemented their marketing plan through ground level marketing tactics as well as
performances for their target markets. The Southern California School Tour has ignited a frenzy and their myspace page averages an increase in 2,000 hits per school. They can also be seen touring the Gay Club Circuit, where they will be performing at the House of Blues for Tigerheat’s “Heart-throb event.”

All songs have been written and co-produced by the Angels. They are signed to SESAC as both performance artists and songwriters.

Kelly McLean- "The Cheerleader"

Kelly McLean is a recent graduate of the UCLA School of Communications. While attending school, she performed for thousands every Saturday at the Rosebowl as a member of the UCLA cheer team. A veteran to the stage, tv, film and print since the age of four, she has been featured in various print ads including Ford Motor Co., Hertz Rental Car, Toys R Us, and Kmart. Screen Actors Guild member for her role in Minority Report, and MTV’s Spring Breakdown featuring Amy Poehler, she can also be seen in numerous commercials and tv shows such as Fox Sports, ESPN and the original 90210. A classically trained triple threat, her theater credits include lead roles in A Chorus Line, Joseph, Wizard of Oz, Music Man, Oklahoma, Sound of Music and company member for UCLA’s prestigious annual show “Spring Sing.” Kelly is currently signed with SESAC and working as a songwriter and vocalist with the Platinum Angels.

Sarah Boutwell- "The All American"

Sarah Boutwell is a recent graduate of UC Irvine Clair Trevor School of the Arts. As a young child Sarah started studying dance, voice, acting, flute, clarinet, and saxophone. At sixteen Sarah signed her first deal to an independent record label were she co-wrote her first solo R&B album opening the door to her first publishing deal with ASCAP. She has been apart of multiple award winning choirs, orchestras and has performed in various acting troupes all over Southern California. Some of her theater credits include Oklahoma, Songs for a New World, Guys and Dolls, Les Miserable, Beauty and the Beast, Rent, Crucible, Midsummer Nights Dream, and Suesical. Her TV and film credits includes Bring it On the Fight to the Finish, Bones, and Prison break. Sarah is currently signed with SESAC and working as a songwriter and vocalist with the Platinum Angels.

Mary Boutwell- "The Rockstar"

Mary Boutwell is a current Liberal Studies student at San Diego State. At the young age of five Mary started performing and training in dance, singing, acting and clarinet. Some of her acting credits include leads in Grease, Snow White, Pinocchio, The Boyfriend, The Miser, Romeo and Juliet, and Best Actress award recognition by the Inland Empire for her role in Proof. Mary has danced and choreographed for half time shows for semi-professional sporting events with various hip hop dance teams. She is also an award winning Show choir choreographer for Southern California High Schools. Mary has been seen on MTV’s Date My Mom, Smallsville, and Zoey 101. Mary is signed with SESAC and working as a songwriter and vocalist with the Platinum Angels.

Alex Joseph- "The Bombshell"

Alexandra Joseph attended Columbia Performing Art College in Chicago. Starting at the age of five, Alex showed the world that she was a dancer, performer, and had the natural ability to shine on stage. Leading up to Columbia, Alex accomplished many things when it came to dancing, singing, and also playing the Piano. She attended Wilson Classical High School in Long Beach, and was on the advanced dance team. Alex received the awards for best freshman dancer and best senior dancer, and also got the opportunity to have a senior solo, which she auditioned for as well! Along with this, she was on the varsity cheer team where she showed her true ability of being strong, dedicated and motivated. Through out high school Alex danced, played piano and took singing lessons. She is truly a triple threat! Alex is currently signed with SE SAC and working as a songwriter and vocalist with the Platinum Angels.
