The Platte River Killers have been crushing the Denver scene for over two years. Our hardcore/metal sound, influenced by bands such as Deftones, Tool, and Lamb of God, will melt your face! PRK has rocked some of Denver's largest venues including the Bluebird and Herman's Hideaway, as well as regularly at local rock spots like 3 Kings Tavern, Larimer Lounge, and Cricket on the Hill. In 2004, we cut our first album and DVD, Manuevers, and we're gearing up to record a second. Our latest recordings can be heard at

The Gute's pseudo aggro charged riffs and rhythms leave you spellbound as he tackles the fretboard with the precision and finnesse of a deranged neurosurgeon. Hader powerfully conducts with the voice of a multiple personality disorder. His inhuman sounds and on stage maneuvers leave you questioning your own existence. Ryan Boyajian's bass lines fill your head and throttle your soul with the dark and potent consistency of a patient demon. Riding the waves of syncopation, he fills the pocket with demanding rhythms and fluid undertones. Michael Dynamite progressivly thumps your skull, increases your heartrate, and sets the clock for PRK. Forcing you into a trance... his hands are impossible to follow, his body a blur, trancending space and time as he pushes us closer and closer to sanity's edge.
