In late July of 2007, PLAYED OUT was assembled featuring members from Just before August, Bob's Day Off, Gandharva, The Cusack Approach, and The Amazing Mudshark. PLAYED OUT rapidly built a fan base who eagerly anticipate each show for one main reason: to see what they come up with next! Having built a reputation on a simple approach; playing songs that AREN'T played out, the 5-piece delivers funky, rockin', AND VERY danceable classes of yesterday and today that you just won't hear at your typical "Cover Band Show".

Hits like Lionel Richie's "All Night Long", Bobby Brown's "My Prerogative", Sublime's "Scarlet Begonias", and Led Zeppelin's "Ramble On" have quickly become crowd favorites. Mixed in with firey takes on standard hits like the Counting Crows "Mr. Jones", Bob Marley's "Could You Be Loved", and an always unpredictable medley of Old School Hip-Hop songs, PLAYED OUT burns down the house EVERY show!

PLAYED OUT encourages fans to request ANY songs they'd like to hear. From New Edition to The Beatles... All requests are considered because quite honestly, music is music and they'll play anything. So long as it's not PLAYED OUT. If it's cool, different, funky and danceable, PLAYED OUT accepts every challenge.
