Feeling a bit camera shy

playtoh formed in 2002. They attracted the sort of endearing fans that follow the likes of the Frames and Damien Rice, Successful acts they may be but this didn’t suit what was brewing inside the mindset of a few within the playtOh group.
Fountain 2am, the bands debut album was their first offering, a scrap book of songs that represented the infancy of the group. Its release in June 2005 was followed by a 30 day gruelling tour that included supporting Ocean Colour scene, The Frank and Walters, The Republic Of Loose and Aslan.
A few lineup changes resulted in a new sound developing. The band recorded their newest offering, an ep 'you', released in April 2006. It had touches of electronica to it but above all, the catchiest tunes they had written yet...game on...stay tuned for further gigs/releases.
