Bio

Plenty is a four-piece Jacksonville, FL-based Indie Pop/Rock band. Their music was recently featured on CSI:Miami, and their music can now be heard over the airwaves of Australia, Canada and Southeastern U.S.

Sheridan (lead vocalist/songwriter), and Antunes (lead guitarist) both hail from Boston originally. Sheridan once played guitar for the popular L.A.-based Irish punk band, Flogging Molly. Sheridan is also linked to Ronnie Winter (Red Jumpsuit Apparatus). Winter played drums on Sheridan's solo ep titled "Groove Habitude."

Growing up in Boston, Sheridan and Antunes were both heavily influenced by popular Bean-town bands: The Pixies, The Del Fuegos, Juliana Hatfield and Throwing Muses. Sheridan's vocal and writing style have often been compared to Tanya Donnelly (Throwing Muses, Belly) in her hey day. You can hear the Del Fuegos influence in Antunes' trademark memorable jangly/blistering leads.

The band's line-up also includes veteran musicians- Rev Metzger (The Mission Dolls), and Hector Vazquez (Tribe). Metzger-a native New-Yorker, spent years in Nashville as a producer, and studio musician. He has worked with many popular country and rock artists, including Amber McSwain. Vazquez-born in Puerto Rico, is the newest addition to Plenty.
