Pling! is the vibrant creative energy of Philip Bailey Jr. and Justin Panariello, channeled through their original compositions, arrangements, productions, and interpretations of others music. With the mainstay being a quartet, the outfit can range from a duo upward including many collaborators such as other band members, visual artists, dancers, spoken word, etc. The music is rooted in musical forms of African descent such as jazz, soul, blues, and rock.
