Bio
The hard hitting rock band Plugger was formed in the fall of 2003 by Steve Rhynard and Rob Porterfield.
Jim Rice soon came on board after contacting Steve, as he was looking for new endeavors.
Rhynard, having only a couple tunes halfway written on acoustic guitar, called Porterfield and Rice to get together for a jam session and couldn't deny the chemistry that was forming. Sensing they had something special, they decided to bring in another guitarist; Melko Soric.
When Soric showed up to the session, he had brought his gear but did not want to bring it in until he heard some of their material. The trio played what would become the hits "Paydirt" and "Native". Melko Soric then went out to his truck, brought in his gear , and has never taken it home.
