Pluto

Brent “PLUTO” Parker was born in Mobile, Alabama on 2/17/87. Like so many underprivileged youth in America, PLUTO was raised in multiple low-income housing projects where he observed drug dealing, homicides, and other criminal activity on a daily basis. As if growing up in this environment wasn’t enough, PLUTO spent most of his childhood years living in 3 bedroom homes that occupied up to 15 family members at any given time. The living conditions were substandard and many times, his family went without lights, water, gas and/or a sufficient supply of food. In the midst of a poverty lifestyle, young PLUTO found an escape in his love for music. At the age of 10, he started playing drums with the Bay City Brass Band throughout Mobile. By 6th grade, PLUTO was adding words to instrumentals and self-made hand beats along with his childhood friend Gene Carlisle. The two later formed a group called PNC (PLUTO and Carlisle) and performed various venues, open mics and showcases around Mobile. The group later parted ways and began pursuing careers as solo artists. Against all odds, PLUTO is destined to achieve his goals in life and in the music industry. His journey began to take shape in 2009 when he decided to combine his God-given songwriting talent, passion for business and love for music to make a difference in the lives of others. Before recording his first record, the business-savvy PLUTO launched a “Coming Soon” branding campaign through the streets of the Southeast Region, in addition to an online campaign via social media sites like Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. The suspense of “Who is PLUTO?” and WHAT does he have “Coming Soon” was an ingenious strategy that built great anticipation and excitement for the artist’s first release. On Nov 27, 2012, he dropped the single “Turnt Up 2 Da Maximum” under his own independent label Parker Boy Entertainment and the record quickly generated fanfare and a buzz in the streets, the clubs and on various internet websites and radio stations! Every since, PLUTO has been “turnt up 2 da maximum” ---grinding and pushing his brand. pluto is always writing and recording new music for his fans and assures that he will consistently deliver more music via live performances, mix tapes, lp’s and features.

Pluto performed live with major artists like Rick Ross, Young Jeezy, Yo Gotti, Future, Rocko, YC, and Gucci Mane.
