The Mezz Wrekin' Kru is Mister Trinity and Brotha Subjek. Home grown in California these two Mc's have put together an album which reveals the soul of the younger years of Hip-Hop.
In 1996, while attending Tuskegee University in Alabama, Brotha Subjek envisioned a dream. His dream was to bring together a powerful group of Mc's united by their devotion to the Hip-Hop craft. He doing so he joined forces with Mister Trinity and founded the MEZZ WREKIN' KRU and POET Skrole Entertainment.
With the use of an analog four track, an eight second sampler, two turntables, and a microphone the duo began their quest to create a variety of innovative styles. Their development of beats and lyrical patterns attracted the attention of listeners, which further motivated them to master the craft.
The two returned to the San Francisco Bay Area after college and dedicated their time to their music. Having comprised an album with a combination of infectous grooves, banging beats and lyrical styles that will rock your world!
