All original 'Epic Rock band' hailing from the (502) Poetry of the Dead, (formed in 2004) band from Louisville, Ky, is the child of Louisville native Jason Allen (vocals/guitar) and Anthony Slack (lead guitar). Through numerous line up changes, the band is now complete with the addition of Carl Webb (bass), Chris Wethington (drums) & newest addition, Kenny Baker (Guitars). Poetry of The Dead is currently in the studio recording their Sophomore release "Once Upon a Lie', set for release JULY 23rd, 2011 @ Fright Night Film Fest/Fandom Fest in Louisville, Ky. Their first release "Guided By Despair" is available upon request...
