Pollyanna kids was formed in 2008 with the fabulous idea of making children's music that everyone can enjoy! The music and harmonies draw upon influences from the Carter Family, Pete Seeger, and traditional folk and old time music. Expect to hear beautiful arrangements on fiddle and banjo, fun original tunes, slapping bass and tons of laughs!

Hilary's voice and style have been described as soulful and strikingly sincere, and banjo playing that has been reviewed in Sing Out magazine, Alt-Country.org, and Banjo Newsletter. Teamed with Child Psychologist Kari Groff on fiddle, and high five enthusiast Roger on upright bass you see a real genuine talent and love for children's music. It is a refreshing look at children's music and has typically been the crowd favorite at shows.
Pollyanna kid's appeal comes from the way they connect with the audience. Great, sincere original tunes, and banjo/fiddle duets done well!
