Polyphase

Polyphase is an energetic independent alternative rock quartet formed in 2003...They currently have 5 albums, starting with "Atrophy" (2004), "Incision" (2005), "Scissors Are Better Than Knives" (2006), "Satellites For Stella" (2009), & their latest release "Rad Summer" (2013)....Although Polyphase has released 5 albums to date, they consider their first 3 efforts as Demos...Since the band finally started taking shape in 2009 with the Release of "Satellites For Stella" which was the 4th album, but treated as the Debut Album...Since then, it's all been up hill...Polyphase has performed in clubs and festivals all over their country (Panama), Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, SXSW Music Festival 2010 & 2011 in Austin, TX.....They have opened for many famous acts in Panama...Polyphase has an American / British influence, therefore they sing mainly in English, although they do have a few songs in Spanish...Despite the language barrier of being in a latin market and singing in English, Polyphase is among the best and most talented rock bands with a following from the Rep. of Panama....Polyphase has also had 4 of their music videos in rotation on MTV Latino (Recently the video for "Bloody Umbrella" was in continuous Rotation on MTV Latino and had reached #7 in the "10+ Pedidos" or "Top 10 most requested videos"...It ended up #99 in the Top 100 most requested videos of 2010 on Latin MTV) , as well as all the popular TV and radio stations in their hometown...Recently Polyphase has opened for 311, Goldfinger, & Limp Bizkit in Panama...After 4 years since previous release "Satellites For Stella", Polyphase is back on track with their long awaited 5th Album "Rad Summer"...Currently, we're expecting a Rad 2014!
