Poorly Knit

Blending emo and psychedelic rock, Poorly Knit is a band with nontraditional views of band leadership. Every member writes and sings. They view the band less like a business and more like a family, where expression and creativity come first.

Taking after groups like Say Anything, Brand New and Saves the Day, who are constantly changing their sound, Poorly Knit never wants to do the same thing twice. In "Getting Help" you can hear the drastic changes from song to song whether it's the poppy psych trip "Takes One", the heavy downer "Sleep Alone" or the math-centric closer "Fishhouse Rapture Blues", there is bound to be a sound that piques your interest.
