Porn on the cob came together as a djembe, a guitar and a rent bill to write lyrics on. Its been a fire of passionate shows ever since. With the completion of the bands four members only six months ago the chemistry of this band is an amazing feat. Rock solid, fun serious music presented furiously on stage has ensured these guys shows steadily at Vancouver's own Buffalo Club, as well as appearances at Crush, The Brickyard, The Media Club and The Roxy. Music that makes you dance, think and rock out, the drunk rock that bore the name Porn on the Cob over the last few months, has a grand following of very faithful fans. Influences for this band seem as numerous as the inventory for Virgin Records. The sound has a rock flowing reggae funk edge, each song rounding out the versatility of the set.
