Posing Musician

Growing up in Columbus, Ohio, he first found his love for music at age 11 when he got his first electric guitar ever. Little did he know that after this point, it would create a monster out of him and create a journey for the next 11 years, and many more years to come. He played in a band four around 5 years from middle-school to high-school to a little bit in college. After that point, he decided to take on his love for music and technology even more by heading on down to Middle Tennessee State University to major in the Recording Industry with a concentration in Audio Production. As a recent graduate from MTSU in May of 2011, he is looking to make his impact on the music industry.

Influences may cover too much of the spectrum when it comes to music with Posing Musician - whether it be the current Top 40 market in the likes of Bruno Mars, Rihanna or Lady Gaga, bumpin beats of rappers like Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Lupe Fiasco, the less popular chill music niche in bands like Bonobo or RJD2, soundtrack design from the likes of Phillip Glass, Danny Elfman, blues-rock music from the Black Keys or the White Stripes, or post-rock music from bands like Mogwai, God Speed You Black Emperor, or Explosions in The Sky. Big-beat DJs such as Fat Boy Slim or the Chemical Brothers will hold a huge inspiration for music.

Music is a way of life for Posing Musician. Countless hours are spent day after day listening, composing, analyzing, critiquing, writing, or even just letting go. Nothing more spectacular could happen than for our music to touch the lives of at least one soul. Just that one makes the difference for us. As long as we know our voice is heard!
