La banda francesa de rock-swing Poutrelles Fever hará una parada dentro de su gira internacional en Tenerife para encabezar, el próximo 8 de abril, el cartel de la quinta edición del Festival Multicultural Diversity, una cita que pretende realzar la diversidad cultural que rodea al archipiélago a través del concurso musical de varios grupos de diferentes partes del mundo.
Con una enérgica música de fusión y penetrantes sonidos multiculturales desde el rock-swing «manouche» de tinte popular, y un sonido frenético, muy diferente al que suelen ofrecer los grupos españoles y que recuerda los primeros años de Mano Negra, Poutrelles Fever acabará su gira de conciertos por España en Tenerife, donde presentará su nuevo disco «On est où là!?» («¿Dónde estamos?»). Durante este tour, los seis componentes del grupo han ofrecido más de 200 conciertos.
Esta cita se enmarca dentro del proyecto Diversity, que patrocina la Viceconsejería de Cultura del Gobierno de Canarias, a través de Canarias Cultura en Red, y se desarrolla a lo largo de los meses de marzo y abril en Santa Cruz de Tenerife con un amplio programa que incluye todo tipo de propuestas, desde conciertos musicales a talleres, charlas en centros escolares, proyección de documentales, conferencias y exposiciones, entre otras actividades. - ABC (SPAIN)
Poutrelles Fever vuelven a la carga con un nuevo disco fiel a su estilo swing-rockabilly. “On Est Où Lài!?” es lo nuevo de esta banda francesa formada por nueve músicos de los que queman el escenario. De momento, regresan a nuestro país tras el éxito de sus pasadas visitas, que también incluyeron giras por el Reino Unido, Suiza o su Francia natal. De momento, podrás disfrutar de Poutrelles Fever y su nuevo álbum a partir del 9 de marzo en Barcelona:

The band Poutrelles Fever, from Bugey in France, was born from the meeting of two other bands
(Pipe Arrustut and Copain Calins), which have performed across Europe (France, Belgium, Spain)
for the last 8 years.
Having been officially formed for just one month, the band gave its first concert in June 2008 in
Barcelona, in front of 2000 people.
The 6 players and their technicians have built, step by step, a great musical story that will really raise in March 2009, with their first (home made) recording of 7 songs.
Quickly attracting the attention, that first recording will soon allow them to engage in a big tour of
more than 80 dates, in France and all over the world.
The Poutrelles are supported by the French association Skapuches Pruviennes, Jaspir Prod, and
Trajn Musik in the International
Year 2010 wasn't less busy for the band, that have, among other exciting projects, performed in a
new tour for 70 dates in France, Switzerland, Spain, England, and [Reunion Island].
The Poutrelles were spoted when they passed on TVE Madrid (Los conciertos, Radio 3) and from
then, they were invited to perform on famous Spanish festivals.
Poutrelles Fever are currently setting up their first album of 12 songs, On est o l !? ( were
the hell are we? ), recorded in Studio Le Pressoir in France (Mano Solo, Ttes Raides, Les ngresses vertes).
Two years after it was created, the band has already sold 2000 Eps, and performed in more than
150 concerts around the world.
They're coming back on April, the 25th 2011 to celebrate the out-coming of their album.
