What started as a reason to get away from their girlfriends and hang out became something that has made Power Junkie more proud than anything else they have ever done. Started in 2005, PJ formed the band with intention to play a few shows and have a good time. What they did was play venues all around the chicagoland area, from the infamous dive bar The Mutiny to the Double Door, Champs, Beat Kitchen and finally to the world famous rock club The Metro. Everytime PJ plays shows, whether its in front of 25-2500, They give the same great show, and Power Junkie's fans can strongly agree.

Reminiscent of Judas Priest, Motley Crue, The Offspring and The Misfits. Very energetic rock songs such as The Anthem and Eulogy that can start a mosh pit or To Fallen Angels and Inside that can bring back the lighters in the air, Power Junkie can hang with the best of em!
