POWERLAND

Math aka POWERLAND has always sung in order to paint. He started when he was 3 . Music would play and his hand would draw, as he got older he sold his work . At the age of 12 he began having his work in galleries, and selling to adults. At the age of 18 he got his work displayed in a museum gallery. At the age of 27 he discovered how to use a mop as a large paintbrush and he was able to paint floors in high detail to his music . In 2004 he hooked up with Zelige and they began to map out how dance could be used as a way to move and paint faster. They began working on choreography, other female dancers joined the fray . Today the system to paint floors at high speed like a rock star sport has been accomplished along with a repertoire of over 50 tracks , offering crowds a variety of formats to entertain .
Powerland is an effortless result of fusing all the arts in order to create the most splendid pieces of music as art. Deeply poetic lyrics and hauntingly catchy melodies that your subconscious is familiar with , the whole raises the hair on your neck, making your eyes pop as you subtly begin to move to the beat as out like another world entering this one.
