Bio

Practically Single began in the small town of Knox, Pennsylvania. A fast growing interest from their hometown prompted the band to continue writing and performing to expand their fan base. After spending some time developing as musicians and playing shows in their area, the band made the decision to move to a city.

The Five Piece Pop/Punk band, currently residing in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, has developed their style over the years with influences from such artists as Fall Out Boy, Cartel, The Maine, Valencia, Boys Like Girls, All Time Low, and more.

Being in the Philadelphia area for only a year and a half, Practically Single hit the ground running by getting involved with the Philadelphia scene anyway they can. During that time, the band won the right to open for Saosin, innerpartysystem, POS and Eye Alaska at the Trocadero on November 25th via the Pac Sun battle of the bands, was the Philadelhia representative for the Pac Sun PacTour battle of the bands finals in which they competed against 34 other finalist, had the opportunity to perform live on Philadelphia's Radio 104.5, and has played numerous venues in the Philadelphia area including (but not limited to) the trocadero, the northstar bar, the crocodile rock cafe, and many smaller venues throughout the Philadelphia/New Jersey area.

Featuring a high-energy performance and spot on harmonies, Practically Single grabs and audience’s attention within seconds. Already touring with bands like Rookie of the Year and opening for such acts as All Time Low, Quietdrive, I Am The Avalanche, Saosin, Innerpartysystem, POS, Eye Alaska, Disco Curtis, Honor Bright, and more, Practically Single has quickly gained the experience and the know how to become a solid act that will take off and explode in the future.

The Philadelphia based band recently completed their EP This Is Why We Don't Have Nice Things, a 5 track album that keeps the listener hooked from the energetic first track Be Realistic And Never Do It Slow (Ft. Shane Henderson of Valencia), to the emotional ride of All My Ex's Live In (Your Town Here) to finally wrapping the story up with M2...@$#!...You Sunk My Promise Ring.
