Bio
Alto saxophonist Michael Hudson-Casanova and tenor saxophonist Dan Wilkins play the melodies of Lee Konitz, Warne Marsh and Lennie Tristano. They are joined by Adam Niewood on drums and Shane Asserud on bass. The "chordless" quartet explores the music of the "Tristano School," an often overlooked and misunderstood body of music from the bebop era of jazz.
