"'No Gossip!' gets a five star rating"

Review comments:

“With a funky name, great image and wonderfully diverse background, No Gossip have made an impression on me. The cover of Never Say Goodbye really does what it says on the tin, and I do find it hard to say goodbye to it! The new single has a whiff of the 80s but brought up to date. Add to that some heart-felt lyrics, great casio keyboard riffs, a catchy chorus and a hint of Wham, and you’re on to a winner. A must have! I love you, No Gossip!”

Rated 5 stars.

'No Gossip!' is the latest band creation of Brown Moose Records and their creative musical director and executive producer, Mike Curtis.

'No Gossip!' are a mixed pop band comprising two male and two female singers, Jamie, Marlon, Kimeli and Natalie. A lot of time was spent in 2009 getting the right mix and the right musical direction. Throughout this process the band have been schooled by Watford vocal coach Esta Benjamin-Daley.

Musically our focus is very much on beats that will make you feel good and want to dance and sing along. The music is something that the UK is very good at - pop music!

The band is based in London for rehearsals but our plans are to tour it in the UK and Europe during 2010. Some super tracks are already being lined up for the band and the recording schedule has already started. A debut three track single is planned to be released in April 2010. This will be accompanied by a music video.

'No Gossip!' are managed by Mike Curtis. For all enquires please email: or call 07540493136.

Hi, I'm Natalie. Singing is all I have ever wanted to do for as long as I can remember! From a young age I have been performing in local talent shows. At the age of 11 I joined a theatre company where I performed on many West End stages singing , dancing and acting. I also sang in a choir backing Martine McCutcheon on Children in Need.

I also enjoy modelling acting and dancing , and have taken part in catwalk shows and dance drama performances.

When I left school I went to a Perfoming Arts Collage where I got my national diploma in Performing Arts. I am currently in my last year studying for my media perfomance degree at Bedfordshire University.

When I'm not at uni or performing I work part time in hospitality and enjoy a active social life with my friends and family.

I love all kinds of music but my passion for singing is r'n'b and soul. My inspirations are artists such as Beyonce, Mariah Carey , India Arie and Lauren Hill.

Marlon Bannister

Hi, I'm Marlon. I'm a very passionate about singing, dancing and been doing both ever since I can remember. I am motivated and ambitious and have taken on a number of acting roles in amateur productions and love seeing West End Productions.

I had vocal training for four years and as a choir member at a young age, have always enjoyed music and working in a group. I love singing and enjoy writing lyrics, and having recorded tracks for producers has fuelled my interest in music. I love singing and listening to a varied range of music genres such as R&B, Pop, Indie, Pop Rock, House, Dance, Jazz and what ever sounds good really.

I currently work for a Insurance Company in the Pensions Department, which is based in Reading. In November 2007 I was selected by Diesel Models for a photoshoot in London, where I gained experience in various modelling genres. More recently I won the 'Face of Henleys' competition where I was selected out of thousands of applicants and invited to the Henley's headquarters in Manchester for the photoshoot. My pictures were used for the Spring/Summer collection, and appeared on websites like ASOS.

I also enjoy sports, particularly basketball and trained with the Reading Rockets Coach/Owner Matt Johnson at college for a year. I love travelling and seeing new places and i'm am a huge fan of History, in particular Ancient Roman History.

Hi, I'm Jamie. I started singing at a very young age and as a shy seven year old was encouraged, or rather pushed, into singing in holiday talent contest in Minorca, which presumably due to the cute factor as much as actual talent, I managed to win! This built my confidence and from that day on I was able to actually sing in public. Since this time I have built on my musical experience including work in the National Youth Music Theatre (which involved performances at Shakespeare's Globe and numerous other touring locations), and a part in the musicial adaptation of 'The Go Between'. I maintained the position of Junior Vocal Champion for four years in the Slough Arts and Maidenhead Music Festival and was Lead Chorister for a number of years for the Queen and the Royal Family at the Royal Chapel in Windsor Great Park. I have also been a drummer for a number of bands and have played the violin too.

A big influence for me was the late, great, King of Pop, Michael Jackson. However my musical preferences are very wide, including anything from film soundtracks to dance and trance. I have featured in dramas such as 'Th
