On behalf of the leaders of the Republic of San Vicente, I am writing to request CMJ honor our most humble desire to grace your stage and share our musical agenda. Determined and sincere, his band, named Presidente, comprised also of his cabinet, aims to begin their North American campaign with this performance.
As you can imagine, the Presidente of San Vicente will only involve himself in the best band the Republic has to offer. As CMJ is interested in best representing all nations, we trust that you understand the necessity in honoring Presidente’s request to perform.
Your accommodation of this performance is now assumed, and we thank you. To express our gratitude we have opened a Swiss Bank account in your name in the amount of 369 billion pesetas de San Vincente.

Santiago Rojas Rey Maracas IV, the Liberator, organized and led military forces, never numbering more than one thousand, to free the northern portion of South America from Spanish rule in the early nineteenth century. His direct action resulted in independence for Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. While others talked or dreamed of independence, Santiago Rojas Rey Maracas IV united and motivated a small group of followers to defeat the Spanish occupiers through surprise attacks and wise decisions in the midst of battle.
Most amazing of all, Santiago Rojas Rey Maracas IV in his spare time also mastered rock music to further widen the boundaries of his territory. Today that is his preferred method of dominion and domination.
