From Liverpool to Motown thru Chicago by way of Nashville to the "Crescent City", New Orleans and back around by Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Presley Travis will have you moving toward the dance floor and staying.
The Love affair with the Muse was set in Presley's heart at age 13 in 1963 as he listened to the AM radio late into the night so that he could capture the feel & essence of all the songs he would learn and absorb so that he might be able to perform them in the little four piece combo that would be the launch pad for a career that has spanned decades. Road trained, tried and convicted of covering more miles in fifteen years than was humanly possible. Night after night in another man's band and night after night on another mans song eventually groomed Presley to write, sing and perform music that only can come from the heart.
Countless projects & bands...eventually touring with the " LETTERMAN " who were Capitol Records "NUMBER ONE" Recording Artists, until the Beatles put America & the World in a frenzy taking Capitol Records "NUMBER ONE" slot. After the "Road Weariness" convinced Presley to" take-a-break " , he returned to Virginia and raised a family and worked with the likes of lil Ronnie, Blues Artist, & Ron Taylor, keyboardist & producer of the Bellamy Brothers & twice Grammy Nominee & countless others.
Many more Players & artists were launched into the Music Business because of the guidance Presley poured upon them.
After taking a supporting role for others, as he stayed in Virginia to raise his family, he has once again received the call from the "Muse" to hit the road and give his music back to the people he writes for & about.
Now the wheel has rolled & rocked around again & Presley Travis and his band make magic whenever they perform live.
