Bio
Prettievil is a rap group consisting of two members, Crazy Yates and Key Mantis. Originally from northeast Pennsylvania, both grew up in the middle of nowhere. Yates's musical taste ranged from '90s grunge, metal bands such as Pantera and Slipknot, and trap. Key Mantis grew up on '70s rock, and transitioned to alternative acts such as The Front Bottoms and Mom Jeans, as well as countless hip hop influences such as Mac Miller and A$AP Rocky. Now based in Philly, the duo combines their talent to produce a mix of over-the-top punk style hip hop with a filterless assortment of intense hype tracks along with heavily distorted, in-your-face anthems.
