Priapism (pry-uh-pizm) is an absolutely extraordinary* Orlando band ready to share their music with the world. The founding members are Jason Kirst (drums) and Mike Reymont (vocals). Ryan Shelton (bass) was added on late 2004 to make the band complete.
Mike and Jason went to college together in '98-'99. Jason asked Mike to join a previous band that he was in at the time as the guitar player. Later, Jason left the band to pursue school. Mike stayed with the band for 3 years until he realized that this band wasn't going anywhere. Mike found Jason again by luck later on and have been playing together for about 4 years now. So far, Priapism has played such venues as Lost and Found Night Club, Johnny's Rockin Bistro, Calico Jacks, The Haven, The Onyx, Orlando Fringe Fest, Fat Cats, Kickin' Chickin, AKA Lounge, Alpha Bar, Tremors, The Social, Back Booth, Firestone, HOB and more.
Priapism can currently be heard on 101.1's Native Noise and 105.9's Mel's Favorite bands
